		<description>when we lived on guam, we had something like 6 typhoons. I remember one, Typhoon Omar, That was particularly nuts. it was a cat 5, and sat on the island, it ended up decimating it, it was cool though because at one point the entire island was inside the eye, and you could go outside into this erie silence.... 
anyway, enjoy them, freeze water. we would always lose water service and power, after omar it was 3 weeks before we got them back. if you freeze up a bunch of water, you can store it.
